Lenovo Tab 2 A7-20F lässt sich nicht auf Android 5.0 updaten, Lenovo Tab 2 A7-10F schon. woran liegts?

Hallo, ich habe 2 Tablets, einmal das 10F und einmal das 20F am Ende, sonst ident.
Das mit 10F kann ich auf android 5.0 updaten, das 20F nicht. hat jemand eine Idee woran das liegt? Oder gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit mein Tablet upzudaten?
